How long does delivery take? +
Most orders start within minutes. Each service shows its average time on the Services page.

What if my order is not fully delivered? +
Anything not delivered is refunded to your balance automatically. You can see every refund on the Refunds page.
What is a refill? +
Some services come with a refill guarantee. If the count drops during the refill period, click Refill on the Orders page and we top it up for free.
Do you need my password? +
Never. We only need the public link to your post or profile. Make sure the account is not private while the order runs.
How do I add funds? +
Open Add funds, pick a payment method and enter the amount. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I resell your services? +
Yes. Use our API to connect your own panel, or get your own child panel from the Child panel page.
